Dump semi-trailer series

① Chassis of dump semi-trailer is beam-passing structure and longitudinal beam adopts flat type or goose-neck type. Web plate is welded by manganese plate from 4 50mm to 5 50mm. Longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding. Chassis is shot blast. Cross beam passes through longitudinal beam and become a whole part.
② Dump semi-trailer has three types including single axle, double axle and three axle. All kinds of chassis home or abroad from 8 ton to 16 ton can be chosen. As for front support, towing pin and braking system, imported and domestic components with different brand can be chosen.
③ Hanging adopts non-independent steel plate punching rigid hanging, which consist of tandem type steel plate spring and hanging support.
④ All kinds of domestic or imported trailer can be chosen such as steyr, Dongfeng, FAW and Auman etc. Rated contained mass is from 10 tons to 40 tons. Many variety can be chosen.
⑤ Use advanced software to optimize and design and meet the requirements of consumers.
