Main specification and function: front flush and back sprinkle,
with side sprinkle, have work platform on the back of tank body. On
the platform install green sprinkler which can rotate 360°. Water
flow can be adjusted into direct current, heavy rain, light rain,
drizzle and fog. Have safe guardrail. It is equipped with special
sprinkling pump which can dump water and drain water. Have filter
mesh and fire coupling. Use fire hydrant to draw water. Have
gravity-flow valve.
For more convenient operation, our sprinkler truck can be modified
for meeting the need of clients. On the basis of specification
above, add green reel (used for spraying pesticide and green ), add
special pesticide vehicle and pesticide pump and add solenoid
pneumatic valve etc.
Truck model and function: Generally a sprinkler truck consists of
special chassis, tank body, pipeline system and operating system.
Brief description of main parts is as belows;
Making of tank body: our company adopts domestic advanced automatic
assembly line technology including blanking, butt automatic
welding, head spin forming and tank body one-time roll forming. The
material of tank body adopts quality carbon steel. We can also
customize according to the need of clients. The volume of tank body
is 4m3, 5m3, 6m3, 8m3, 10m3, 13m3 and 15m3”.
Operating system: engine drives gearbox, power-take-off which is
installed on gearbox drives sprinkler pump and sprinkler pump
produces power to spray liquid on tank body through pipe mesh.
